K-PET Fair Songdo 2026: Free Admission, Map & Parking

K-PET Fair Songdo 2026 will run from September 18 through September 20 at Songdo Convensia in Incheon, South Korea. The show is open from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with final entry at 5:30 p.m. General visitors who complete advance registration by 11:59 p.m. Korea Standard Time on September 17 can enter all three days free. The organizer also lists foreign visitors as a separate free-admission category, which is especially useful for travelers from the United States. Dogs are allowed, but a leash is required.
The biggest detail to update before driving is parking. The K-PET Fair event page still shows an older Songdo Convensia rate from April, while the venue’s current parking page lists KRW 1,500 for the first 30 minutes and KRW 24,000 for all-day parking. If you are planning a long shopping day, that difference is large enough to change whether driving or using public transportation makes more sense.
K-PET Fair Songdo 2026 Dates, Hours, and Venue
The event takes place over three days, Friday through Sunday.
| Item | Details |
|---|---|
| Dates | September 18–20, 2026 |
| Hours | 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. |
| Last entry | 5:30 p.m. |
| Venue | Songdo Convensia |
| Address | 123 Central-ro, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon, South Korea |
| Standard on-site admission | KRW 10,000 per person, per day |
| Free advance-registration deadline | September 17, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. KST |
The organizer notes that entry may open earlier without separate notice if lines are unusually long. If you want to shop popular booths before the aisles get busy, arriving near opening time is the safer plan.
Free Advance Registration and Who Can Enter Free
General visitors who register before the September 17 deadline receive free admission for all three show days. The benefit is tied to the person who registered, and the admission barcode can be used once per day. If two adults are going together, each person needs a separate registration.
You can start with the official K-PET Fair visitor registration page.
If you miss the deadline, the standard on-site price is KRW 10,000 per adult per day. The organizer also lists several groups who may enter free without relying on the standard advance-registration promotion, including children born in 2011 or later, adults born in 1961 or earlier, eligible visitors with disabilities, qualifying national merit recipients, pet-industry workers, press, holders of a blood-donor dog certificate for one person, and foreign visitors. Free-entry visitors are told to bring identification or supporting documents and to check in at the information desk.
For an American visitor, that last category matters. The official page specifically includes foreigners among the free-admission groups. I would still bring identification that clearly verifies your eligibility rather than assuming staff can process free entry without documentation.
The organizer’s website registration system sends admission information through its own process, including barcode delivery for registered visitors. If you are traveling in Korea and do not want to depend on a local registration workflow, the foreign-visitor free-entry category may be the simpler option to confirm at the information desk.
Can You Bring a Dog?
Yes. Dogs are allowed at the Songdo show, and this venue is one of the K-PET Fair locations where dogs may walk inside the exhibition hall. A leash and identification tag are required. The organizer recommends a carrier, sling, stroller, or wagon for smaller dogs because the hall can become crowded.
Owners are responsible for cleaning up marking or accidents. The event guidance also asks owners of unneutered pets to use a belly band or sanitary pants, requires a muzzle for aggressive dogs, and advises against bringing pets that have not completed their vaccinations.
A stroller or carrier is not just about convenience. Indoor pet fairs combine narrow aisles, shopping bags, payment lines, food samples, and many unfamiliar dogs in one space. A small dog can become tired or overstimulated before the owner is ready to leave. If your dog already settles well in a carrier or stroller, bringing it can give the dog a familiar place to rest while you compare products.

Save the Booth Map Before You Arrive
The booth floor plan is worth saving to your phone before the event. The map shows that the entrance used on Saturday is different from the entrance marked for Friday and Sunday, so checking the correct side before you arrive can save unnecessary walking around Songdo Convensia.
Instead of trying to visit every booth in order, mark the brands you care about first. Then group nearby stops together. This works especially well if you are shopping for heavier items such as pet food, litter, grooming supplies, or bulk treats.
The floor plan also identifies activity and service areas, including event zones, seminar or class spaces, and a parcel-shipping service. If you expect to buy a lot, plan your route so your final group of booths leaves you reasonably close to the shipping area rather than carrying everything back across the hall.
If a seminar, class, or timed event is important to you, start with its location and build your shopping route around that area. A booth map is most useful when it reduces backtracking, not when it becomes a checklist that forces you to walk every aisle.
Songdo Convensia Parking: Use the Updated 2026 Rates
For K-PET Fair Songdo 2026, use Songdo Convensia’s current parking page rather than the older rate still displayed on the fair’s event page. The venue announced that parking charges would increase effective July 1, 2026.
| Parking item | Current Songdo Convensia rate |
|---|---|
| Exit within the first 30 minutes | Free |
| Basic 30 minutes | KRW 1,500 |
| All-day parking | KRW 24,000 |
| Eligible discount vehicles | 50% discount |
Eligible discount categories listed by the venue include vehicles used by visitors with disabilities or national merit eligibility, compact cars, and qualifying low-emission vehicles. If a discount applies to you, check the venue’s current conditions before entering the lot.
The difference from the older event-page information is significant. The fair page still references KRW 1,000 per 30 minutes and KRW 10,000 for all-day parking, but it also notes that the parking information was checked on April 3 and may change. Songdo Convensia’s current facility page now lists KRW 1,500 for 30 minutes and KRW 24,000 for all-day parking.
If you plan to stay for several hours, compare the convenience of driving with the updated daily maximum before leaving home. This matters even more if you expect to buy enough supplies that carrying them on public transportation would be difficult.
Public Transportation to Songdo Convensia
Songdo Convensia’s official directions list Incheon National University Station as the most straightforward subway option. Exit 4 is about a 10-minute walk from the convention center.
The venue also lists several bus routes that stop at or near Songdo Convensia. For visitors staying in Seoul or elsewhere in Incheon, checking a live Korean transit app on the day of the event is still useful because the best route depends on your starting point.
Public transportation can be especially attractive if you are visiting without a dog, carrying only light purchases, or staying near an Incheon Line 1 station. Driving may still be more practical if you are bringing a stroller, a carrier, or large bags of pet supplies.
What to Check Before You Leave Home
You do not need to memorize the entire floor plan. The most useful preparation is to confirm four things before leaving:
- whether you are using free advance registration or another free-entry category;
- which entrance applies to the day you are attending;
- where your priority booths and timed activities are located;
- whether the updated parking cost still makes driving worthwhile.
If you are bringing a dog, add a secure leash, identification, cleanup supplies, water, and the carrier or stroller your dog already knows how to use.
K-PET Fair Songdo 2026 is easier to navigate when the administrative details are settled before you arrive. Save the booth map, confirm your admission method, use the current Songdo Convensia parking rates instead of the older fair-page figures, and plan your first few stops before walking into the hall. That leaves more of the day for comparing food, treats, grooming products, accessories, and other pet supplies in person.
